CS2 Skins Trading

Trading Rules

CS Gaming Hub provides a platform for users to buy, sell, and trade CS2 skins. When engaging in these activities on our Site, you agree to:

• Only offer skins that you legally own and have the right to transfer.
• Accurately represent the condition, float value, pattern, and other characteristics of skins you offer for sale or trade.
• Deliver the exact skin(s) described in your listing once a purchase has been completed.
• Complete all transactions through our secure platform and not attempt to take transactions outside the Site.
• Not engage in price manipulation, artificial inflation of skin values, or other deceptive trading practices.

Authentication and Verification

All skins listed on CS Gaming Hub undergo a verification process to ensure authenticity. By listing a skin for sale or trade, you agree to cooperate with our authentication process and acknowledge that items found to be counterfeit, duplicated, or stolen will be removed, and your account may be subject to suspension or termination.

Payments and Fees

When you make a purchase on CS Gaming Hub, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your transaction. All payments must be made through our approved payment processors.

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Site and will be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new fee structure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CS Gaming Hub, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the amount you have paid to CS Gaming Hub in the last six months.

Governing Law
